Los Representantes De Las Compañías Y Sus Suplentes Serán Designados Entre Los Nombres Incluidos En La Terna Que Debe Enviar Cada Una De Las Compañías Que Operen En El Mercado Colombiano, Antes Del 15 De Diciembre Del Año Respectivo

Los representantes de las compañías y sus suplentes serán designados entre los nombres incluidos en la terna que debe enviar cada una de las compañías que operen en el mercado colombiano, antes del 15 de diciembre del año respectivo. La falta de oportuno envío de terna supone renuncia del derecho a presentar candidatos. Al hacer los nombramientos, el Superintendente Bancario no podrá escoger más de un nombre de cada terna.

Parágrafo

Las asociaciones de compañías de seguros con personería jurídica también quedan facultadas para enviar las listas a que se refiere este artículo.
