Corresponde á los oficiales encargados en la Administración general de Correos de la distribución de la correspondencia apartada, cumplir respecto de la que las oficinas públicas de esta capital dirijan á países de la Union postal universal, las prescripciones que en el artículo 2.° del decreto número 390 de 1881 (20 de Junio) se refiere á los empleados que en las Oficinas de Correos tienen el encargo de recibir las correspondencias oficiales.
