° La Junta de que se trata aprobará o improbará los pedidos que le someta el Almacenista, quien acompañará a ellos los precios comerciales y especificaciones de las ofertas presentadas por agentes o casas de quienes haya solicitado cotizaciones, para proceder a efectuar el pedido de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes sobre el particular.
