Los Decanos, el Secretario General, la Directora de la Sección Femenina de la Universidad y el Síndico General, tendrán las funciones propias de sus cargos, las cuales serán especificadas en los estatutos y sus nombramientos se harán para períodos de dos (2) anos, pudiendo ser reelegidos indefinidamente. En la forma anterior quedan modificados el numeral 5º del artículo 6º y el artículo 11 de la Ley 73 de 1958 .
