Comité Ejecutivo de la Concesión de Salinas . Las funciones asignadas en el Contrato a la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, serán cumplidas por el Comité Ejecutivo de la Concesión Salinas, creado por el mismo contrato, el cual, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, quedará conformado así

1.

Dos representantes del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

2.

Un representante del Ministerio de Minas.

3.

Un representante del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

4.

El Liquidador del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, o quien este determine.
