Vigencia del Decreto 2555 de 2010. El Decreto 2555 de 2010 compila las normas en materia del sector financiero, asegurador y del mercado de valores y por lo tanto ninguna disposición allí contenida es derogada ni ha sido compilada por este Decreto Único Reglamentario. Los Decretos 790 de 2003, 2280 de 2003, 3965 de 2006, 2058 de 2009, 37 de 2015 y 756 de 2000 que se refieren a reglamentación sobre cooperativas que realizan actividad financiera, y el Decreto 712 de 2004, modificado por el Decreto 1266 de 2005, que regula el numeral 1 del artículo 48 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, no se consideran derogados por el presente Decreto Único.
