Cuando un denuncio de bienes ocultos se refiera a inmuebles, el Ministro ante quien se presente la petición para celebrar contrato y antes de suscribirlo, pedirá al Ministro de Hacienda un informe detallado sobre las condiciones en que se hallen, en el momento de informar, los inmuebles de propiedad del Estado, en !a sección del territorio en que se halle el inmueble o inmuebles a que se refiera el denuncio.
