ARTICULO 6º Requisitos. El empleado que solicite la asignación de prima técnica deberá acreditar los requisitos exigidos para el desempeño del cargo. Cuando se asigne con base en el criterio de que trata el literal a) del artículo 2º del Decreto-ley 1661 de 1991, solamente se tendrán en cuenta los requisitos que excedan los establecidos para el cargo que desempeñe el empleado.
