Para proceder al reconocimiento de la exención por concepto de donaciones de que trata el artículo 32, se requerirá certificación del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, en la que conste el nombre de la persona natural o jurídica beneficiaria, la forma de donación, el monto de la misma o el valor del bien o equipo donado y la identificación del proyecto o programa respectivo.
