El Gobierno podrá destinar las armas decomisadas, al servicio público, incorporándolas al armamento del Resguardo de Aduanas, en cuyo caso las participaciones a denunciantes y aprehensores se pagarán con cargo a rentas por la Administración de la Aduana correspondiente.
