Del objeto del régimen disciplinario. El régimen disciplinario de.las funcionarios del Sistema' Nacional do Salud tiene por objeto

Asegurar la legalidad, moralidad, imparcialidad, responsabilidad cooperación v eficiencia en la prestación del servicio;

Regular la conducta de dichos funcionarios; C) Sancionar los hechos y emisiones incompatibles con las finalidades señaladas en ti ordinal a) del presente artículo; d) Garantizar a los funcionarios su derecho en la defensa,
