Articulo 11 . Las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda deberán mantener un encaje del 6%, sobre los depósitos en "Cuenta de Ahorro Especial" de valor constante. Este encaje estará representado en obligaciones de valor constante, sin interés, emitidas por el FAVI.
