La inscripción del nacimiento deberá hacerse ante el correspondiente funcionario encargado de llevar el registro del estado civil, dentro del mes siguiente a su ocurrencia. Solo se inscribirá a quien nazca vivo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 90 del Código Civil.
