Ninguna Obra se podrá iniciar sin que el contrato respectivo este perfeccionado, incluyendo pago de impuestos de timbre y derechos de publicación, certificado de reserva y fondos, expedido por la Auditoria Fiscal. Aprobación de Dainco, si su cuantía lo exigiere, y el cumplimiento de las demás disposiciones vigentes relacionadas con el respectivo contrato.
