Carácter policivo de las autoridades sanitarias. Para efectos de la vigilancia, del cumplimiento de las normas y de la imposición de medidas sanitarias y sanciones de que trata este decreto, las autoridades sanitarias aquí señaladas ejercerán funciones de policía sanitaria, de conformidad con el artículo 35 del Decreto-ley 1355 de 1970.
