º. Solicitud del subsidio. La entidad administradora del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional otorgará el subsidio a los trabajadores, y a los empleadores por intermedio de aquellos, pertenecientes a los grupos de población que el Conpes determine cada año en el Plan Anual de Cobertura, como población objetivo. Tales trabajadores podrán tramitar el formulario de solicitud del subsidio directamente ante la administradora del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, o por intermedio de los promotores de las entidades administradoras de pensiones autorizadas para administrar el subsidio.
