° Una vez finalizado el período que comenzó el 1° de enero de 1970, el Gobierno Nacional podrá suprimir las notarías cuyo volumen de escrituración no justifique suficientemente su existencia. Esta supresión podrá efectuarse aún antes de lo previsto en la primera parte de este artículo respecto de las notarías que se encontraren provistas en interinidad.
