Proceso de evaluación de la conformidad y condiciones para el otorgamiento del derecho de uso del Sello. El organismo de evaluación de la conformidad efectuará el proceso de acuerdo con la Norma ISO/lEC 17065 Y otorgará el derecho al uso del Sello a los prestadores de servicios turísticos, áreas y/o atractivos turísticos que cumplan con la totalidad de los requisitos de las normas técnicas de accesibilidad del sector turismo, aplicada, que determine el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
