Las extras y dominicales que se causen en favor de los trabajadores departamentales, en virtud de autorización expresa que les dé para la ejecución de labores en esa clase de tiempo, serán pagadas durante el mes inmediatamente posterior a aquel en que se cause el derecho y mediante reconocimiento por virtud de resoluciones expedidas por el Secretario del ramo a que corresponda el servidor.
