Exámenes para retiro. De conformidad con el artículo 58 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971, los sesenta (60) días empezarán a contarse a partir de la fecha en que se publique la novedad en la orden del día, o desde la fecha del retiro efectivo del servicio, sin necesidad de obtener documento o autorización alguna por parte de la administración.
