ARTICULO 14 . Restablecimiento del derecho . Cuando sea posible, las autoridades judiciales deberán adoptar las medidas necesarias para que cesen los efectos creados por la comisión del hecho punible y las cosas vuelvan al estado anterior, de modo que se restablezcan los derechos quebrantados.
