Una vez ejecutoriada la providencia que imponga pago arancelario, se remitirá copia auténtica de la misma al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Dirección Ejecutiva de la Administración Judicial.

Toda providencia ejecutoriada que imponga pago arancelario prestará mérito ejecutivo.
