Article 9

º Vencido El Término De Que Trata El Artículo 6º De Este Decreto, El Instituto Nacional Del Transporte Analizará Las Propuestas Y Resolverá Las Oposiciones

º Vencido el término de que trata el artículo 6º de este Decreto, el Instituto Nacional del Transporte analizará las propuestas y resolverá las oposiciones. La adjudicación se efectuará teniendo en cuenta los horarios disponibles, la improcedencia de las oposiciones y lo preceptuado en este Decreto.

Parágrafo

Si la disponibilidad determinada por el Instituto Nacional del Transporte es inferior o superior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) solicitado por la empresa, se lo hará efectiva a ésta la garantía de seriedad a que se refiere el número 5º del artículo 3º del presente Decreto.
