Los documentos que se deben presentar al Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, para solicitar la Matrícula Profesional como Ingeniero Pesquero, serán los siguientes
a)
Solicitud escrita dirigida por el interesado al Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP;
b)
Dos fotografías recientes tamaño cédula;
c)
Fotocopia del diploma debidamente registrado en la respectiva Secretaría de Educación;
d)
Fotocopia del Acta de Grado;
e)
Fotocopia de la cédula de ciudadanía;
f)
Fotocopia de la Libreta Militar;
g)
Recibo de cancelación de los derechos de matrícula, fijados previamente por el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP.
