Art. 36. La Junta se instalará el 12 del presente mes; tendrá sesiones ordinarias el 1º y el 15 de cada mes, y extraordinarias cuando lo crea necesario o la convoque el Presidente; y uno de sus primeros deberes será el de darse un Reglamento. Los actos y nombramientos de la Junta se decidirán por mayoría absoluta de votos; pero nunca deliberará con menos de tres miembros.
