Los terrenos que forman la zona declarada de utilidad pública por medio del artículo 1 se destinan exclusivamente a la repoblación forestal o la formación de bosques industriales, obras éstas que adelantará el Municipio de Pereira, entidad ésta que sufragará todos los gastos a que hubiere lugar.
