Articulo 2º La Comisión deberá presentar al Presidente de la República un informe sobre las posibles causas y circunstancias de orden administrativo y técnico, relacionadas con el accidente del helicóptero FAC-003 ocurrido el día 16 de septiembre de 1991, en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca. Una vez rendido el informe correspondiente, la Comisión cesará en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
