Cuando los pagos o abonos en cuenta por intereses y demás rendimientos financieros, cualquiera que sea su denominación, que hagan las personas jurídicas y sociedades de hecho no estén comprendidos dentro de las previsiones contempladas en los artículos anteriores, la retención en la fuente será del tres punto siete por ciento (3.7%).
