Subvenciónase de los mismos fondos del Tesoro nacional al mentado Establecimiento con la suma de doscientos pesos mensuales.

La partida correspondiente de ocho mil pesos para el bienio, se incluirá en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de la próxima vigencia.
