Si en la respectiva unidad operativa faltan Oficiales o Suboficiales en los grados y antigüedad necesarios para integrar el Tribunal, el Juez se debe dirigir al Ministerio de Guerra para que le envíe la lista del personal en servicio activo de esos grados; de otra u otras reparticiones, y con ellos debe formar o completar, según el caso, la lista de acuerdo con la cual se debe llevar a cabo el sorteo, en la forma establecida en el artículo anterior.
