Condiciones . Para que un proyecto pueda gozar de los beneficios de la Ley 677 de 2001, el inversionista elegido deberá suscribir el respectivo contrato de admisión, constituir la póliza de cumplimiento en los términos previstos en el contrato y allegar copia del contrato de auditoría externa suscrito con una firma de reconocido prestigio.
