Cuando el piloto práctico cancele la maniobra de practicaje, debe dejar constancia escrita en la Capitanía de Puerto y en la Agencia Marítima, de los antecedentes y las causas, dentro de las ocho (08) horas siguientes a la toma de su decisión.
