Artículo tercero. Autorízase a las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda para financiar, adicionalmente a las actividades contempladas en el artículo 1 del Decreto 644 de 1979, la construcción y adquisición de bodegas y locales de tipo industrial o comercial. Las financiaciones previstas en este artículo deberán otorgarlas las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda sin afectar el porcentaje del 90 por ciento de sus colocaciones que deben mantener en financiaciones destinadas a la adquisición y construcción de vivienda.
