El alcalde sancionará sin poder presentar nuevas objeciones el proyecto que reconsiderado por el Concejo fuere aprobado. Sin embargo, si el Concejo rechaza las objeciones por violación a la Constitución, la ley o la ordenanza, el proyecto será enviado por el alcalde al Tribunal Administrativo, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes, acompañado de un escrito que contenga los requisitos señalados en los numerales 2 a 5 del artículo 137 del Código Contencioso Administrativo (Decreto 01 de 1984), para que éste decida conforme al trámite señalado en el artículo 121 de este Código.
