Decreto 1254 de 1949 · Por el cual se toman medidas sanitarias en defensa de la industria pecuaria

Artículo treinta y cuatro. Todo animal o producto crudo de origen animal que se movilice de un Municipio o Corregimiento a otro, deberá estar amparado por una guía o certificado de tránsito y origen y un certificado de sanidad, expedidos en las condiciones que señale el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería.

Parágrafo

Éstos certificados serán exigidos a los .interesados por los embarcadores o aforadores de las empresas transportadoras, y por las autoridades de tránsito, y sin ellos tales funcionarios y empresas no podrán autorizar el embarque o movilización. CAPITULO V Sanciones y procedimiento.
