El Gobierno del Estado de Bolívar, al dar los avisos de que trata el artículo anterior, informará lo que considere justo acerca de la naturaleza de las obras ejecutadas, del estado en que por ellas ha quedado el canal, de la facilidades o inconvenientes que presenta su navegacion, de las garantías que las obras den de duracion, &.ª
