PRIMA DE SEGURIDAD . A los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario Inpec, que presten sus servicios en centros o pabellones de especial seguridad del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec, podrá reconocérseles una prima de seguridad, que no constituye factor de salario en los porcentajes que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
