º. Distribución de funciones . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, y dentro del plazo establecido en su artículo 1º, y en desarrollo del artículo 189 numeral 17 de la Constitución Política, el Presidente de la República como suprema autoridad administrativa distribuirá las funciones del Instituto de Ciencias Nucleares y Energías Alternativas INEA, en las entidades públicas que determine.
