Artículo transitorio. Convocatorias de los empleos cubiertos por provisionales y encargos . Durante el año siguiente a la conformación de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil deberá procederse a la convocatoria de concursos abiertos para cubrir los empleos de carrera administrativa que se encuentren provistos mediante nombramiento provisional o encargo.
