El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a través de la Dirección de Regulación, rendirá concepto previo dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de radicación de la solicitud del concepto, junto con los demás documentos a que se refiere el presente decreto.
