La enajenación de los bienes del Frisco está a cargo del Administrador del Frisco, bajo el régimen jurídico de derecho privado con sujeción a los principios de la función pública tales como imparcialidad, igualdad y transparencia conforme lo señalado por el artículo 94 de la Ley 1708 de 2014.
