El producto de estos recaudos se mantendrá en cuenta especial en el banco a que se refiere el numeral 5. º del artículo anterior, la que quedará al cuidado del Consulado General en Nueva York, que mensualmente informará al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores sobre el estado de dicha cuenta, así como de las tardanzas que pudieran ocurrir en las remesas que se hagan por concepto de los recaudos hechos por las oficinas consulares de la República.
