° Los Subsíndicos de Lazaretos asegurarán su manejo con una fianza por valor de ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150) oro; los Personeros Municipales ó agentes particulares de los Subsíndicos en los Municipios, con una por valor de treinta pesos ($ 30) oro. Estas fianzas quedan sometidas, en cuanto á sus formalidades, á lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 1168 de 21 de Septiembre de 1907.
