º . Actividades de liquidación. Las actividades del proceso de liquidación serán adelantadas por la Dirección Transitoria que se crea en la estructura del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior. Dichas actividades iniciarán el 1º de abril del año 2000 y concluirán a más tardar el 31 de diciembre del mismo año.
