Transitorio . Las asociaciones de ciegos actualmente conformadas, deberán ajustarse a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto y deberán remitir al Inci dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia del mismo, el certificado de existencia y representación legal expedido por la respectiva Cámara de Comercio.
