Vigencia . El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho a través de Subdirección de Control y Fiscalización de Sustancias Químicas y Estupefacientes asignará la vigencia del CCITE hasta de cinco (5) años.

Parágrafo

Para las estaciones de servicio y demás agentes de la cadena de combustibles registrados en el sistema de información de combustibles líquidos -SICOM, se asignará la vigencia por un término máximo de un (1) año.
