La decisión del juez de control de garantías será susceptible de impugnación, en los eventos previstos en esta ley. Si la defensa se abstuvo de intervenir en la audiencia, podrá solicitar en otra audiencia preliminar o durante la audiencia preparatoria la exclusión de las evidencias obtenidas.
