º. Los Bancos prestamistas podrán declarar vencida la obligación en el caso de que a su juicio no se aplique el crédito a los fines para que fue concedido. La Superintendencia Bancaria, a solicitud del Banco respectivo certificara el saldo a cargo del prestatario, certificación esta que prestara merito ejecutivo en los mismos términos del artículo 1º de la Ley 133 de 1948.
