Artículo quinto. Todos los médicos veterinarios al servicio de cualquier Ministerio. Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaria, Municipio o Corregimiento, asociaciones ganaderas o entidades auxiliadas por el Gobierno, estarán bajo la dirección de la Sección do Higiene y Sanidad Animal, División de Ganadería, Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, en todo lo relacionado con sanidad animal, y deberán rendir a éstainformes periódicos, según las instrucciones que les imparta.
