ART 161. Los que fabricaren ó hicieren fabricar monedas falsas, imitando las de oro ó plata extranjeras que no circulen en la República, y que las pongan en circulación como legítimas fuera del país, serán condenados en la mitad de las penas establecidas en el artículo anterior.
